This Refund Policy sets out your rights and our procedures regarding refunds for educational products and services purchased from Rejuvenflexiblev. We are committed to ensuring your statutory consumer rights are upheld in full compliance with UK consumer protection law.
1. Statutory Rights
As a consumer based in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
2. Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products
For digital educational products purchased online (including program access, downloadable guides, and resource packs), you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase (the statutory cooling-off period).
Please note that if you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel by doing so, the right to cancel will no longer apply once the download or streaming of the content has begun. This acknowledgment will be clearly requested at the point of purchase.
3. Consulting and Guidance Services
For consulting and personalised guidance sessions:
- Before the session: You may cancel up to 24 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee, unless the cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances.
- No-shows: Sessions where no notice of cancellation is given will not be eligible for refund unless otherwise agreed.
4. Program Bundles and Subscriptions
For program bundles and multi-module subscriptions:
- A full refund is available within the 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided the digital content has not been accessed (or that the right to cancel has not been waived at purchase).
- Partial refunds for partially accessed bundles are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Subscription-based access may be cancelled at any time, but we do not refund partial subscription periods already paid.
5. Grounds for Refund Outside the Cooling-Off Period
Outside the statutory cooling-off period, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The digital product or content is materially defective or significantly differs from its described specification
- There has been a technical failure on our side that prevented reasonable access to purchased content
- A billing error has occurred
We do not issue refunds on the grounds that you changed your mind, found alternative resources, or did not engage with the content after the cooling-off period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe:

- Include your name, email address used at purchase, the product or service purchased, and the reason for your refund request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and provide a decision within 10 working days
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of our decision. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
